We've just received a PR to add a Serilog logging adapter to the core ServiceStack repo but we need ownership of the ServiceStack.Logging.Serilog NuGet package in order to take over maintenance of a ServiceStack Serilog adapter.

As this NuGet package or this repo is no longer being maintained it would be great if you can transfer it to us so we can take over maintenance of the NuGet package and its future updates as part of each ServiceStack release.

To transfer it to us, can you add servicestack as an owner in:
https://www.nuget.org/packages/ServiceStack.Logging.Serilog/ManagePackageOwners

Otherwise if you prefer I can ask the contributor to instead contribute any changes to this repo?
