remove samples
I have attached the PCA plot with all samples and IDs. In this figure, samples P4 and P310 are very different that the rest of the samples. We had a similar situation in the past and actually removed one sample form analysis. Is it possible to remove the data from samples P4 and P310 and re-run the analysis?
Her2 contrast
Hi Niel
As we were going through the analyses, I realized that I never mentioned to you that we have an additional group in the batch. Samples P315-P319 are from a breast cancer subtype called Her2. Can we get a sub analysis of Her2 vs control, similar to how the other breast tumor subtypes were analyzed?
