My name is (Alexander) Niema Moshiri, and I am an Associate Teaching Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering Department at the University of California, San Diego. I work on computational biology, with a research focus on viral phylogenetics and epidemiology. I also place a heavy emphasis on teaching, namely on the development of online educational content, primarily Massive Adaptive Interactive Texts (MAITs). Add "Preview" button to "EXPORT"

When the user clicks "EXPORT", instead of just having clipboard or file download, maybe also have a "Preview" button that displays it as a beautified JSON in a popup or something?

Add scrollbars to left panel and main panel

In its current state, it's not visibly obvious that the left panel and main panel can each scroll up/down. It would be good to add scrollbars to both to make it more visually obvious

Add "When is this useful?" descriptions to each plugin

I should add a statement describing when each model is appropriate to each plugin's description. I wrote them for Section 1 of this document, and I should migrate them to global.json:

Add examples for module implementation parameters

Currently, we mention the "Type" and "Description" of each parameter, but we should also have an "Example" entry that shows example valid input

Add "Import" button

It would be good to have an "Import" button (ideally immediately to the left of the "Export" button in the header) that allows someone to import an existing FAVITES-Lite Config file (so they can pick up where they left off)

Add example CONFIG files for specific disease contexts

It might be daunting for someone to start from scratch, so maybe have some more example JSONs for different viruses in specific contexts that the user can use as a starting point
