Integration with placeholder API would be nice. My server uses a plugin called HexNicks, so I would like to be able to ping people based on their nicknames rather than their usernames if possible :)

Vanished Players Via VanishNoPacket and/or Essentialsx are still pinged by non vanished players and the chat message is still highlighted. The ideal solution would involve the Vanished Player not being pinged or the message highlighted. Could be achieved by hooking into Essentials or VanishNoPacket and is auto-disabled when vanished and depending if they toggled on or off to re-enable.

Could the code be posted here so that users can fork and contribute to the plugin?

I noticed if you run a command like: /msg Jakeplays12 @Jakeplays12 Ohi the ping doesnt get registered
