License and build instructions

Thanks for releasing this. I'm trying to learn how to build a PWA, and thought it would be interesting to convert this application to something that's database-driven. Can you post a LICENSE to confirm it's okay to do that?

Also, it'd be helpful to have build instructions (npm?) and a link to the source where you get the dog (and cat) data about safe foods.

Do you have another repo that generates the HTML pages from a database? If so, what do you think about making your applications database-driven?
