Infinite loops - support timeout
Hello,
Thank you for your work in this library, really love the idea of running Python in the browser!
I was thinking those runners should run somehow using web workers, to not freeze the page in infinite loops.
LE: if the runner is set in window object the library shouldn't provide that, but some samples would be cool.

Describe goal and procedure
Add TypeScript and other config for development NPM
This will be an NPM module that anyone can include in their project. It should not be specifically made for any framework or library.
Issue with Skulpt in CRA
Custom input's do not work.
As far as I am aware, setting options for input's do not work at all with this library.
Tried all engines etc...
