Title of projects are in lower case. This is good if the name is following the standard naming in computers (e.g. username) but not here because projects section does not necessarily means a single code space or organization. It could be anything.

Some packages are blocked by internal firewall of the gov. My current VPN tools have issues in term of SDK for routing all connections (or maybe I am dumb in doing that which is more likely).

For now, I should rely on poor (maybe rich) github servers to deal with this. Literally, I am doing direct development in production environment.
