From the example, this doesn't output anything.

I understand this may not make a lot of sense to not specify an output and if that's the case, I think TS can be leveraged here to prevent calling create when a request is not formerly complete, e.g when no instructions nor output has been provided. This would require using two types in the builder pattern.
