Game performance tanks massively with borderless the game runs at 30 fps in menu and 15 fps in game. Without it runs at 60fps in menu and 60-80fps in game.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable HDR in Windows display settings.
2. Launch Minecraft - it will use regular fullscreen mode.
3. Cose Minecraft, disable HDR in Windows
4. Minecraft will launch in Borderless fullscreen
5. If you enable HDR while Minecraft is open in borderless fullscreen, HDR will get disabled when you try to switch back to Minecraft and it will go back to regular fullscreen mode

Description:
When you set the game to use Borderless Fullscreen and close the game, the window's behaviour during startup is a bit annoying. It cannot be minimized, it takes a long time before it responds, and your screen becomes locked to it. Would it be possible to disable Borderless Fullscreen during startup? :)

When the game starts I press F11 to switch to full-screen mode, but if I press F11 again nothing happens. It would be nice for the game to switch to a bordered window in case I wanted to tile Minecraft with other apps running.

The text when you join a server is aligned wrong so that you don't see it. Sometimes this makes error messages really hard to read.

My FPS is about 30% lower with Borderless installed, as opposed to without. I'm just opening this issue to let you know, I'm not expecting a fix :)
The issue was discovered in this issue: EnigmaticaModpacks/Enigmatica5#280

2. Make sure all terrain around you is generated, and that your FPS is set to Unlimited
3. Note FPS
4. Close Minecraft, remove Borderless, repeat 2) and 3)
