Migrate to http and flutter_cache_manager package from dio

There are two vulnerability concerns regarding dio and dio_http_cache packages in the projects.

These security issues are resolved in dio v5.0 but I cannot upgrade the dio version (currently v4.0.2) due to transitivity between above two packages. So I decided to migrate it to http and flutter_cache_manager which seem to be more reliable alternatives.

Image fit in news card page

The image is not fitting properly if its width is less than screen size.

Fetch location from the device instead of IP address

Currently fetching location from the IP address which is not a good idea. More explanation here. So the only best way to get the location is from the location service from the device.

Weather condition to Icon

The icon should change based on condition text below.

The above icons make the work easy but their resolution is very low making it look blurry. I thought to use FontAwesome Weather icons that corresponds to the weather conditions.
