I am wondering whether you could offer more details to run deep bin for a given sample and how to install et.al. based on VAMB. By the way this is very interesting to apply language models to binning, which I have a feeling that will change the game.

Dear Deepbin team,

There is a question about the NSP task. In the DNABERT4-mer model the authors removed the NSP task, but in your paper it talks about adding the NSP task, I would like to know how the pre-training of the NSP task was done since the pre-training model of DNABERT4-mer was used.
