Zebpay Bitcoin Price Indicator (Unofficial)

An Ubuntu desktop indicator (top bar widget) that displays buy/sell prices of Bitcoin as on the Indian Bitcoin exchange Zebpay (Currently only BTC-INR). Note: This is an unofficial application and was not created by Zebpay.

Installation

Currently the installation has to be done manually.Setup file will be added soon. Follow these steps to run the Appindicator in your system.

nohup python bitcoinIndicator.py &

Planned Improvements

Option to change exchange (Eg: Unocoin, btcxindia, Coinsecure etc)

Does not launch in Ubuntu 16.04 on running the given command

Downloaded and extracted the repo and then ran the given command

$ nohup python bitcoinIndicator.py &
[1] 12172
nohup: ignoring input and appending output to 'nohup.out'

Just shows exclamation mark after refreshing 2- 3 times

Tried exiting and restarting but still facing the same issue.

No JSON object could be decoded

While running this, I am getting exception stating "No JSON object could be decoded".

Here is what I am getting in console;

bitcoinIndicator.py:4: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.
