The reason you had to fix your code a couple days ago is because we (the maintainers of Cleverbot) changed it to try and prevent your code from working. You are not actually using our API - you are hacking into an internal communication method between our website and servers. Our servers cost a lot to run so we need the revenue from people visiting the site and clicking the ads, or registering and paying for the official Cleverbot API (which is not expensive at all). Please disable this Github project and direct your users to the API. We will also contact Github and ask them to disable the project.

Here to come and ask what just happened?

The maintenance started like 3-4 days ago and the ETA was, '2 hours.'

I mean first with the cleverbot TOS breaking and blah blah, now that it's just saying 'AI is under maintenance'

Please just update us with the actual ETA.

If you cannot handle the API anymore, just take it down. Countless of people(1480 according to npmjs.org) download it every day to get a good AI bot and all they get is the maintenance thing. Sorry for being rude or anything, I didn't mean to be.
