i created a file /tmp/Caddyfile but Caddy insists it does not exists and refuses to start 😕

root@pi:/tmp# cat /tmp/Caddyfile

root@pi:/tmp# caddy adapt
adapt: input file required when there is no Caddyfile in current directory (use --config flag)

root@pi:/tmp# caddy adapt --config Caddyfile --validate
adapt: reading input file: open Caddyfile: no such file or directory

root@pi:/tmp# caddy adapt --config /tmp/Caddyfile 
adapt: reading input file: open /tmp/Caddyfile: no such file or directory

root@pi:/tmp# caddy start

Thanks for making the caddy snap. The version in the store is very outdated. Do you plan to update it? If not, would you mind handing it over to someone who will?

for holding the "caddy" name on Snapcraft, it would be nice if you could include all maintained plugins to your distribution so that most use cases are covered.

As an example, @Jamesits includes the following:

Running Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS I've installed:

sudo snap install --edge caddy

When I access http://localhost:2019 I get returned.
