Add the code written to produce Expressive Response Curves to help analyze Puppitor rule files to the public repo

a_star_unit_test.py is primarily for testing the included implementation of A* but this is also useful for validating rule files to test paths between affect states

make a tool version of this to allow for quick validation of rule sets

Remove as many allocation calls in get_possible_affects() and choose_prevailing_affect() as possible

look at ways to make update_affect() more efficient

Change the adjacency list into an adjacency dict to allow for weights to be added in the rule files if desired.

More detailed comments on variable usage and internal processes as no documentation currently exists.
