In commits previous to the one I made today, if you were to go to the about page on mobile (not a resized desktop screen), then the images wouldn't scroll. I think it had something to do with the "window.requestAnimationFrame(scrollGallery);" in the script.js/mobile.js.
I haven't researched this problem too extensively yet, but it was annoying enough that I just gave up and removed the about gallery on the mobile page.
This isn't really an open source project, but if someone knows the solution to this problem, feel free to open a PR, that'd be awesome.....
