nobled / seahorse Goto Github PK

I tried pushing something to github over http and this prompt came up. The dialogue says "Password" when it should say "Username". I immediately saw "Password" in the prompt, and typed my password (even though git is asking for a username). Seahorse then displayed the 2nd prompt for password, but since git puts the username in the url, it displayed my password in plain text.
