We can set up one (or two) of the following methods to invite runtime authors:

1. GitHub team: easy to get notified in issues and PRs.
   1. However, adding a person to a GitHub team requires granting an org membership to the person.
2. Google groups: easy to join, no additional invitation.
3. OpenJS Slack channel
   1. requires people to create an account in OpenJS slack org.

Update: Option 1 is done.

Discussed in the meeting today, agreed that final step would be to create a document that explains how to join the team and then we can close as having pulled in as many runtimes as we can for now.
