Currently if you pass ‘—skip-refresh’ flag it applies to all charts in the chain.

But sometimes it can be inconvenient because some of charts have external and local dependencies and other charts may have only local dependencies.
In the latter case we don’t need to update helm repositories and can resolve dependencies without this step.
Updating helm repositories before running helm dep up in each chart can take significant time if you have a lot of large helm repositories in your helm cfg.

So to reduce useless repo updates we should be able to pass a specific flag with chart name when we don’t need to fetch updates from helm repositories.

such messages should be excluded from logs because they may happen due to problems with system clock and actually it is not an error.

Hi there,

i'd like to use your plugin on windows but it cannot be installed because

• it requires sh (i think a windows-powershell-script and a platformHook would be required: helm/helm#7117)
• even when run via e.g. git bash/mingw the script fails as there seems to be no release-package for windows (for 2.0.0 this seems to be expected at https://github.com/Noksa/helm-resolve-deps/releases/download/v2.0.0/resolve-deps_2.0.0_windows_amd64.tar.gz).
