I think you may be compiling an old version, the location and prebuild script paths for Osiris.yy and Osiris.lex were changed in commit c653316 back in August 8.

Well I downloaded the newest version (main branch) so it should have changed.

I've just created a fresh clone of the repo and it builds just fine, so your working directory is still on an old commit even if you pulled the repo.
