Add help parameter about lslib HOT 6 CLOSED

@Norbyte I'll handle this. Already have something working. Just want to clean up the formatting a bit.

Its infinitely better, but it would save space if giving the help command parameters would show what you need. Maybe -help full would show you that?

I'm asking for it to be concise; you are just dumping everything at once, which is unnecessary and bad practice. You should be able to search for specific information using "-help [insert command argument here]", ie. "-help logLevel" would just display information for the log level. "-help all" would display all the information you are currently dumping.
