Screen errors with this bezel

I'm not sure why, but for some reason this particular bezel causes my TurboGrafx-16 games to appear 1/4 of their correct size. To troubleshoot, I've used various bezels from other systems. In these cases, my TG16 game screen has the correct proportions. This leads me to believe something is inherently wrong with the .png, though I am at a loss to figure out what.
