How do you stop the server?

Hi,

Thanks for building this. Really useful.

I'm on Ubuntu 11.10 and was wondering how you stop the server? I've tried Ctrl+c and Ctrl+d. They don't seem to work. I can stop the server by killing the process by id. ie. kill -9 <id>. Is that the way you do it?
