Glitch on UserChats component when changing the User in Chats.

There is a noticable glitch on the UserChats section when the user switches the chats to another user.
This is because of useEffect mapping the chats from the databse inside the UserChats.

Infinite API calls to backend server

There is a loop of infinite API calls made from Frontend to the Backend.

Cannot open UserChat with new/searched User

After searching the user, there cannot be a chat connection created inside UserChats.js.
In order to chat with that person the User needs to refresh the browser so that it lists the created Chat Connection between both of the Users.
