Either offer multiple index.php files which implement at least one simple and one (more or less) pretty display style or add more configuration option to current index.php.

• Disadvantage of having everything in one file - the file would become pretty big
• Advantage is it simplifies deployment

More thoughts

• Simple style: nginx/apache default like
• Pretty style: more appealing than default
• Could probably use a simple build script to aggregate style and logic files
