Minor issue, but I noticed that while the emoji renders on the left-hand side of the dashboard, on the right-hand side the emoji's no longer render correctly. Instead, the "careted" unicode for the emoji appears. I suspect it may have to with some update related to how textOutput
handles the code. Strange though that the emoji would render correctly on the heading below...
I'm running R 3.6.3 on Windows using shiny 1.4.0.2. Let me know if you need additional information to reproduce the error. I've attached a picture for reference after opening up the app on Google Chrome. Thanks for the help and great job on the app 👍.
Hey,
Over at mastodon we're also following Tidy Tuesday, it'd be awesome to integrate those visualizations too.
Thanks in advance

It would be cool to see each user's "portfolio" of Tidy Tuesday tweets. An option could be added to filter tweets not only by dataset, but by Twitter user instead.
Tried this on Linux and also on Windows. The problem seems to be documented in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/CORS/Errors/CORSDidNotSucceed
In the Web Developer console in the error shows as:
Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://syndication.twitter.com/settings. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).
Also, I see this error:
Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://platform.twitter.com/js/tweet.73b7ab8a56ad3263cad8d36ba66467fc.js”.
In Chrome (running on Linux or Windows), everything seems to work.
As a reference, here is what it looks like in Firefox:
And here is with the Developer Console open:
