Editorials(Campus Connect)

This is a Django based project which contains the editorials of popular newspapers and thoughts of peoples and it also connect people of certain domain. People who wants to read famous editorials find it one place.

Purpose

This project connect people of certain domain and gives a plateform to share their contents and thoughts. regarding:

  • A User friendly Interface with materialize CSS.
  • Light weight, and Simple to use.

Admin Authorizations

For Website Admin Authorizations are:

  • username: "npeditorial"
  • password: "programming"

For unauthenticated users it always opens Welcome page

What is Problem
The index() method in views.py used as default navigator for home page and whenever an authenticated user go to home then it redirect to Explore page, whereas for unauthenticated user it always redirect to Home or Welcome page i.e. Get Started page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any page without login
  2. Click on Editorials or only add domain name in url
  3. It prompts you to Get Started page whereas user visit website already.
  4. See error

Expected behavior
We need to improve index() function in views.py.

Add explore page for recent contents.

After welcome page category page open, instead of category page start a explore page
After Get Started for new users it redirect to Category of content, but instead of redirecting to category I want to redirect them to a page which features recent contents.

The solution of the problem is Explore Page...
I'm going to create a Explore page which namely contains the recently created objects by pagination.
