Align Floor and Wall: The developmental phases don't precisely line up (gene-wise) at the "edge". This is more apparent with the diseases with fewer genes firing

Phase highlighting on 2D: SOMEHOW (font color or whatever) highlight the row in the table of the current development phase (row) selected

Colors: (huge!)

• Add the SWOT Clock's color key (for development phases) to the 2D display
• Make the floor colors consistent with the key
• Make the single-phase displays on the floor consistent with the key

I just found the the code on R server is different from the one on GitHub.
I believe that GitHub have the complete version.
However, I'm not sure about that and want to check with you.

Flip the 2D: Time should start at 12 O'Clock; currently it starts at 6 O'Clock

Need to work on incorporating live figure rendering on the shiny app. Hopefully we can use the IDEA cluster to render all figures in parallel. This will allow us to display images for all diseases we have excel data for without pre-rendered figures.

We'd like to move forward with the Midi controller; we'd like to control the selected phase by spinning a control do-dad.

In fact, we can imagine selecting disease that way too.

Wall (heatmap) Inversion (Campfire and 2D): Time should progress from bottom to top

Highlight selected developmental phase on Wall (e.g. with bright boundary box).

Readability of 2D: Use larger fonts for the disease title on the 2D

Log Odds Ordering (2D and Campfire Floor): This is subtle: the chords need to be layered so the more dominant phases are more visually prominent. This means they need to be written in reverse order (from negative to positive log-odds). So for example Neuroectoderm gets written last (for Microcephaly)
