Also I found that although the grading script shows "Correct cases in part 3: 4", I'm very certain that the result of all of my test cases are correct. Could you consider adding the option "-b" on the diff command in your grading script? I think we'll all appreciate that. Thank you.

First of all, I would like to suggest you start your PA and raise issues earlier next time. It is rather difficult for me to give you suggestions or change PA policies near the dead line.
Right now the runtime of hyp.aig is 20 min for my code. Does that meet the runtime requirement or do i need to abort this case? Thanks.
20 min is way too long. I think you are able to find an efficient algorithm, and the answers can be produced immediately. That is why I didn't set the runtime limit originally. However, Professor Jiang said it is okay that we don't set the time limit this time.
