Expected Behavior

Adding a reference to Chinook.BackButtonManager on WASM does not cause an app crash.

Actual Behavior

After adding a reference to Chinook.BackButtonManager on WASM, there is an exception thrown an runtime:

uno-bootstrap.js:190 Error: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Uno.Gallery.Wasm.GlobalStaticResources' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Chinook.BackButtonManager.GlobalStaticResources' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeLoadException: Could not resolve type with token 0100001c from typeref (expected class 'Uno.UI.Wasm.GlobalStaticResources' in assembly 'Uno.UI.Wasm, Version=255.255.255.255, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null')

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Take a WASM project
2. Add a reference to the latest version of Chinook.BackButtonManager.Uno
3. Deactive linking because otherwise the project doesn't compile
   4 Launch the app and look at the console logs
