Expected Behavior

We want to be able to send a value to TriggerOnCommandExecution that makes us able to decide if we want to run the trigger before or after the command execution. The default behavior should be before command.

Actual Behavior

The trigger always run before the command.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Build a DataLoader with the current trigger build step
2. Realize there is no way to trigger after the command

This issue was created to implement a missing behaviour, as requested by @jeanplevesque

Dependabot couldn't find a .(cs|vb|fs)proj for this project.
