You can use NvCloth already with OpenGL. The DX and Cuda support is only to accelerate the solver using the GPU. If you don't want to use DX/Cuda then you can still use the CPU solver.
We don't have any plans to support OpenGL compute shaders for the solver.

Oh, sorry, this thread supposed to be in AnselSDK ;) No idea why I wrote it here. I'm already using NvCloth with success ;)
