Currently all files and plugins function in synchronous manner. Plugins that require work to be done in a callback will not currently work correctly. This is a known issue.

TODO

• Refactor the getAssetAndDependencies method to manage load order and finish based on promise settlements for all required and loaded assets.
• Provide a clear way to make this a toggleable feature
• Provide clear API on how to specify promises to be completed in CachedFile
• Create a CachedFile analog or refactor CachedFile to be CachedAsset

Currently files that are specified with network resources, won't resolve. This is a known issue and some boilerplate and infrastructure is in place for once I get things going.

TODO

• Added network handling and streaming. Likely using the request library, but open to suggestions
• Add network only directive in comments for files that should only be accessed via the network. More details on this to come later as the idea is better fleshed out in my head.

Write the readme with examples on how to integrate with Node and Express

Currently, even though new content is being loaded, when modified, from disk, the combiner-library should be specifying etag numbers for a cached resource to signal the browser that a change has occurred.

TODO

• Cache bundled resources under a requested URL
• Develop an algorithm to determine when sub-contents of cached asset have changed, thus requiring a refresh of the requested URL and a new etag value to be created
