The JSON output for qstat.py needs to be written to a temporary file then the file should be renamed to the final output filename. This will prevent race condition where another program tries to read the output JSON file in the moments that its empty before being written

If a job is submitted using the --mem-per-cpu argument, then squeue's "minmemory" output will show the amount per CPU, not the amount for the entire job allocation.

In order to get the true memory allocation for the job, need to either use squeue's "tres" output format argument, or use scontrol show job <jobID> to get the full output which includes TRES and the full memory allocation.
