Invalid basic outcome operation xml should return a 400 HTTP response

Currently, if an invalid XML is provided as basic outcome operation xml content, the library will fail and generate a 500 HTTP response.

This should be instead a 400 HTTP response, since the provided content is a bad request.

For this, we need to capture errors around the request deserialization: https://github.com/oat-sa/lib-lti1p3-basic-outcome/blob/master/src/Service/Server/Handler/BasicOutcomeServiceServerRequestHandler.php#L103
