I want to quickly repost the channel topic with a simple command

In order to promote channels staying true to their purpose

Acceptance Criteria
Implement a short command, for example !topic which will fetch the topic from the channel in which it is executed. Then repost that topic in an embed. Perhaps with the title This Channel is For or The Purpose of this Channel.

System where new users must click a reaction to get into the server, to verify that they have read the rules. Suggested by Sysnomid.

Mentions in welcome messages sometimes show the user's id, not their username. This is likely a Discord bug. One possible fix is to also include the user's tag (name#discrim) in the message.

The import command should set channel overwrites depending if the imported channel is archived or not.

All moderation actions taken should result in a message being sent in #moderation-log. There should also be a /log command to log something there.

Since the /archive command locks a channel, it would be necessary to let people specify the channel in /necro.
