Add support for smooth cursor typing effect like in VS Code

The README says to change the licence if you want - but the current licence says:

The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

I'm not sure how those two statements are compatible?

The manifest.json file has a version of 3.301 when most themes start on 0.1.0 or 1.0.0. As a result, themes created from this template may have to make their update number scheme start at a higher number (4.0.0 or so) to push new updates with a clean version number.

This could be fixed by either changing the template to start at 0.1.0 or 1.0.0. If it is 0.1.0 then theme creators who wished to instead start at 1.0.0 could update the version and have end users get the update. 1.0.0 might also work but some theme creators might want to start below 1.0.0.
