We have noticed that some learn-ocaml-corpus takes lot of times before Learn-OCaml server is ready, this can conflict with the watcher which could apply git gc during exercise validation process.
So we needs to add a delay specific to that part, and keep interval delay to 10 min by default if possible

find command is wrong, command used with git occurs in .git directories, which is not intended.
This has created corrupted sync.zip archive while the server is running, but a recover is possible when we shutdown the server.
A fix is incoming !

It seems possible to upload in swift only the files that have changed according to the documentation:

Adding the option -c or --changed can make the upload faster.
