Struct indentation about tuareg HOT 4 OPEN

Interestingly, this trick doesn't work with module types, though. The indentation is still one level too deep:

module type Self = sig
    include Printable.S
  end

I agree sig and struct should behave the same. No time to look into this ATM though.
