Use this code to get all the lock screen wallpapers from Windows 10. These assets are regularly downloaded to your user AppData space with a generic alphanumeric name, and no extension.

Moves generic files from the Windows Assets directory space, to a Desktop\Wind10_Wall folder. Output format will be to jpg. Only run for Files above 300kb and gif format. Dupe files will be overwritten as soon as naming convention is maintained.

Main will run the GetAssets Function. Open destination directory in order to see the pics.
