AAD-Team-36 Animation Challenge

This repo tries to cover the animation challeange presented as patr of the Google Africa Developer Scholarship Phase II THis project belongs to the Team 36

General Usage

The purpose of the challeange is to apply the learned concepts of the coruse Android Animations.
Every team has to create an app of their choice and apply animations in at least 5 different App scenarios.

How to get started

Installation

In order to run this project you need to install Android Studio. Please find the installation files and the instructions in the official site here.

add custom transition animation to the scenes

Create CONTRIBUTING.md

The file should contain information on how to contribute.

Contributors should fork the repo, create a branch, make the changes, do a pull request to deploy branch

display summary after each game play

Currently, the see summary button does nothing.

implement logic for retrieving trivia questions from an api

The app idea is to have something like a trivia. So we need to use an api to supply the questions. We can use this api https://opentdb.com/api_config.php

Then we need to use retrofit to access this

Create Game States

Suggested game states: Default (Showing welcome), Play (Showing the question and countdown), Success ( showing success answer), Failure (failed), and Summary (or results)

Add more content to the README.md

Create xml layouts for the scenarios

enhance the welcome screen

Use a nice background and style to enhance the appearance of the welcome screen

implement game logic using sample questions (no api logic required)

This should use some sample static models to implement the game logic
