quick-dice-roller's Issues

"Restore all results" button can be unreachable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize dice area to full
2. Roll a few times
3. Delete all results

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

"Restore all results" button should be accessible after a "delete all results"

Dice pool modifiers

Some games (shadowrun) apply modifiers to the pool size.
Currently adding a bonus can be emulated easily enough by adding another dice roll, but removing dice is a different story. My best workaround at the moment is to ignore a random die (selected by rolling a die in meatspace)

Re-licence?

Greeting,
I'm in the process of doing a re-write of your dice-roller library in Vala[1] (Code not yet available). I would like to ask if it would be OK for me to re-licence my rewrite to LGPL.

If not, I will release it as GPL (If I release it).

Best Regards,
// Gego.

Screenshots for F-Droid

Without a preview, only by a text description, it is difficult to decide whether to download and install the application or not. I propose to add a few screenshots that most fully describe the appearance and functionality of the application. With pictures app will be able to be shown on the f-droid.org/en/packages/ and on the main page of the F-Droid mobile app. More people will be able to see and find Quick Dice Roller.

Scripting

If I get told no, I'm not going to be offended, don't worry. I know well how much of a pain it can be to implement a scripting engine in an application. I'd like to see scripting support though. The ability to run LUA or Javascript to dynamically change named values or roll groups of dice with output based on the result would be fantastic.

Resize handle is not centered on all devices

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Handle of the resize bar (either in portrait or landscape mode) is not centered
on all device (I.E. Nexus 5)

Dynamic Named Values

I almost sent this in via email, but checked github on the off-chance that this was setup as an open-source project and was very pleasantly surprised! Anyways...

Quick Dice Roller currently has static named values. Their value is set by the user and can be manually changed. I'd like to see dynamic named values, who's value is based on a formula similar to dice. Actually, depending on how everything is setup (I haven't gone poking around in the code yet, sorry!) this could actually be implemented by giving dice a reference string so that dice could be used as sub-dice and then giving the ability to hide dice.

Once I've got my laptop back, I may actually get myself set back up for android development and try my hand at this myself. Java and android aren't my speciality, but I can probably bumble my way through this.
