Should be only one (swipe to attack)
May just be a generic gesture where swiping in any direction (as long as in vicinity of enemy blob), the action is performed.

Currently the map starts off with all Areas in the Grid with a "fog" overlay.

The overlays should permanently disappear as the user visits those areas by using the user's current location. The code to remove overlays is already in MapsActivity.

There is probably some bounds error the way the LatLng for each area is set up so extra overlays are added and show up all around the Earth.

Look for nice images to use for background and add them in the layout.

Maybe have a couple of them and load random background or based on location?

A new screen/popup should appear when clicking on an area inside the grid. Make a basic layout of how it should be organized.
