I'm seeing this alert in my console while using the review captcha (version 1.2.1)

I have installed the plugin, and almost everything works perfectly. The only problem is that I can still submit product reviews without filling in the captcha. I'm using Magento 1.8.1, and added the following line into app/design/frontend/base/default/template/productreviewcaptcha/form.phtml inside of the

I was going to open a new PR for some modifications for the newer versions of Magento but I noticed that the repository already has them. However, the MagentoCommerce install does not and I was not sure if you were aware that the connect manager needed to be updated.

Captcha show correctly on review tabs, but don't work. Users send review without captcha validating.
