This repository contains LaTeX files and related assets for my thesis manuscript as part of my Masters degree in Waseda University (A.Y. 2016-2018). My research proposes a novel autoencoder architecture to better predict protein functions. This manuscript uses an adapted version of the Masters/Doctoral Thesis template originally created by Gunn and Patel.
The compiled pdf is automatically deployed into Dropbox available via the link above.
To build manually, clone this repository and then run the following latexmk
command:
$ latexmk -pdf -outdir=./_build main.tex
The TeX files will be compiled into the _build
directory, where other build
artifacts can be found. In Travis, I am using
blang/latex-docker's Docker image to
build LaTeX files.
If you are interested to know more about my continuous integration and deployment workflow, checkout my blog post. I wrote about how to integrate LaTeX with Travis-CI to deploy artifacts to Dropbox.
This document is dependent on the TexLive 2015
Distribution. You can find the
install sequence and distribution set-up in the file .travis.yml
. This
document uses various CTAN packages installed by typing tlmgr install package
.
