Teleportation Potion and Surfacing Potion teleport you to the nether roof, leaving you stranded if you don't have access to a way of breaking bedrock.

The Recall Potion teleports you to your spawn position, but not to your spawn dimension thereby likely killing you. I have not yet updated to 1.1.2 so maybe this issue has already been adressed.

I install the mod, i mostly every time i broke grass, or a Dirt block it gives me a potion from the mod, maybe an issue with the mod "Biomes Youll Go"

When getting out of the bed after sleeping, Minecraft places you at a safe location. This is not the case when using a Recall Potion, potentially killing you.

The potions in my potion stand keep disappearing after restarting the server. I didn't investigate so I can't tell you if it's after every restart or only when specific conditions are met. I did put a Bulwark Potion into my stand, maybe that's the issue.

I removed mods one by one, until i narrowed it down to these.
