[main/WARN]: Mod snowdrift
(${version}) does not respect SemVer - comparison support is limited.
this includes, but is not limited to:
-torches (replaces)
-rails (replaces)
-grass paths
-conveyance conveyors
-techreborn cables
-vanilla blocks without a full bounding box, like stonecutter
-fences
-stairs (might be a vanilla thing but stupid nonetheless)
I noticed the CurseForge has the 1.18 only for Forge.
For me (playing Minecraft 1.15.1), Snowdrift requires the fabric API thing (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/fabric-api) in order to work. However, this is not reflected on the curseforge "dependencies" page. It should be an easy fix, right?
Why cant I set it to 0 in the Forge 1.16.2 Version? Its really annoying I would love to be able to set it to 0 because a different mod I am using is buggy and doesnt melt snow at all. Every time I try to set it to 0 it crashes the game
Basically title. I was experiencing extreme tps issues while trying to load any chunks, previously loaded or not. After combing through all of my mods in the pack, disabling batches and restarting, I've managed to narrow down the issue to be a direct result of this mod. I can prove this by reenabling all of the other ~80 mods I have installed except for snowdrift and not having any significant tps issues, but upon enabling the mod and relaunching the game I average around 1-6 tps while flying with an elytra and stay at 20 while not moving. I'm not a software engineer or exactly well versed in java but looking at SnowTickEventHandler.java, I can't help but notice that it appears the mod fetches information about all loaded chunks every game cycle, so every tick, which would explain the severe lag. I've included my config file as it's possible that I'm reading that wrong and some or multiple of the values I've inputted are resulting in the issue.
