Why are these changes required?
After Analysing last year's contributions and feedback it would be great for students to have a couple of standard readme files on the repo to understand what the project is all about and some issues detailing what they can contribute. This will help you to see increased engagement in your repository as well.

As mentioned students get a chance to learn step by step, how to build this project as well as invite mentors to collaborate and add features to this repo. I will generate issues, which will provide guidance on how to prepare your repo for Girlscript summer of code 2024 on 10th May.

Currently newsletter wouldn't save the data anywhere.

We need to make an api call to the backend to save the user email to subscribe

Currently images in the application are of high resolution and having bigger size causing issue in loading and make application image loading jittering.

We need to build a contact us page with contact us form where user can input their name, phone number and email. This feature will also have restriction to submit the form only if the user enter otp after filling form.

We need a database to store the data of everything.

• Init the Database.
• Update Schemas as per needs.
• Write db:seed and other commands for this.
• update '.env.*' for this.
• Update readme to start DB.

As the maintainer of a Collaborate repo, keeping Issues up-to-date will help the student community understand what they can do to contribute. Issues should vary by the easy (update documentation) to the difficult (add a new feature). The more involved you are, the more opportunities there are to collaborate.

Recommendations:

Add issues of varying difficulty to the repo often. you can add the tag GSSoC'24, good first issue etc.
Generate issues even if you plan on solving them, so the repository appears as active.
Contribute/commit often to the repo so it does not go stale.

@omrajsharma Upon reviewing the courses section of the website, it has come to my attention that there are notable areas for improvement. Specifically, the size of the course cards and accompanying images appears disproportionately large, detracting from the overall visual appeal and impact of the page. Additionally, there is an opportunity to enhance user experience by implementing dynamic presentation of feature points through an accordion-style interface. I kindly request assignment of the issue to address and optimize this section of the website.
