具体目标（发布者） ——————统一发布事件——————>

<——————注册到具体目标———— 具体观察者（订阅者）

具体目标专门（发布者）监听变化，观察者（订阅者）负责接收或显示数据。

观察者（订阅者）注册到具体目标（发布者），当具体目标（发布者）发生变化，马上调度观察者（订阅者）的更新方法

订阅者 ———订阅———> 调度中心 <———发布——— 发布者

订阅者把需要订阅的事件注册到调度中心，

当发布者发布该事件时到调度中心，由调度中心统一调度订阅者注册到调度中心的处理代码
