In the "New credit provider" screen, add, for each selected MSME type:
Credit product select box: Credit line or Loan
Required document types check box (values from the available document types)
Other fees total amount
Other fees breakdown description
Link to more information about the product
Remove the "Add rules for estimated interest rate based on credit amount and repayment term" field
We don't have a screen for these changes, so we can either use the current design and add more fields or instead of having a check box for the MSME types and the set of fields for each type, have an editable table for each available credit product with all the related fields as columns, e.g.
